Effective August 3, 2026. These terms apply to the App Studio apps listed below and supplement Apple’s applicable terms.
Terms shared by every app
Using the apps
You may use an app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple’s rules. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and purchases
Where an app offers Pro features, purchases are processed by Apple. Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. Lifetime access means access to the purchased feature tier for the supported life of that app, not a guarantee of perpetual operation.
No professional advice
The apps provide organizational, educational, wellness, cooking, or fitness tools. They do not provide medical, nutritional, academic, or other professional advice. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Availability and changes
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued. We aim for reliable operation but provide the apps as available and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Ownership
The apps, branding, design, and original content remain the property of App Studio and its licensors. Content you enter remains yours.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, App Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of an app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
DaybreakIn
Timers, reminders, schedules, Pause cues, insights, and reflections are personal planning and wellbeing aids. DaybreakIn is not a medical device and does not diagnose stress, illness, or any medical condition. You remain responsible for appointments, deadlines, health decisions, and actions based on the app.
DaybreakIn Pro purchases
DaybreakIn includes optional Monthly Pro at $0.99 per month, Annual Pro at $6.99 per year, and a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase at $14.99 at the current US reference prices. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Pricing is displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront.

KitchenPeer
Freshness dates, expiry suggestions, pantry matching, recipes, and cooking suggestions are estimates for planning convenience. KitchenPeer is not medical, nutrition, allergy, or professional food-safety advice. Check product labels, ingredients, allergens, actual expiry, appliance instructions, food-safety guidance, and use your own judgment before cooking or consuming food.
KitchenPeer Pro purchases
KitchenPeer offers optional auto-renewable Monthly and Yearly subscriptions and a non-consumable one-time Lifetime purchase. Each option unlocks the same Pro features: import from links, photos, and PDFs; receipt scanning; the meal planner; hands-free voice cooking; and private iCloud sync. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple displays the final localized price and billing period before purchase, and pricing may vary by storefront. Lifetime is charged once and does not auto-renew.

GPASync
GPASync is for personal academic planning and tracking. It does not replace official university records, academic advisors, scholarship committees, or graduation audits.
Your information
You are responsible for entering accurate course, grade, credit, degree, and scholarship information. GPA forecasts and planning results depend on the information you provide and should be checked against official institutional records.
GPASync Pro purchases
Optional Pro features are sold through Apple in-app purchase. Monthly Pro is $1.99, Yearly Pro is $4.99, and Lifetime Pro is a $14.99 one-time purchase at the current US reference prices. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Refunds, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Energy Valley
Energy and game rewards are motivational features, not measures of health or medical guidance. Exercise safely and follow advice from qualified health professionals.
Trainwell
Workout suggestions are general fitness guidance. Stop if you feel pain or unwell, use appropriate equipment and technique, and seek professional advice when needed.
